The purpose of this Rule is to provide all employees and management an effective procedure to discuss and resolve employee related issues.
Rule 5.8, Conduct, Performance and Disciplinary covers all disciplinary matters. Non-disciplinary matters for general non-represented employees are covered in Rule 11. Non-disciplinary matters for PBA Police employees are covered in the PBA contract and non-disciplinary matters for General employees bargaining unit are covered in the Teamsters contract.
