    1. Purpose:
    2. The Service Awards Program will be scheduled by the Director of Human Resources annually for eligible employees at which time service pins will be presented for recognition of five (5) or more years of continuous service in five (5) year increments.

    3. Administration:
    4. The Director of Human Resources will administer the Service Awards function and identify all eligible employees as outlined below:

    5. Presentation:

The Director of Human Resources will furnish the service pins and a Letter of Appreciation and/or any other symbol of commendation for presentation to any and all eligible employees with five (5) years of service to Department Heads on an annual basis.

A Service Award Luncheon will be held annually to recognize the eligible employees with ten (10) or more years of service. These employees will receive service pins and a Letter of Appreciation and/or any other symbol of commendation at the Service Award Luncheon.
